Fast website
The servers that option9 have must be top notch because my website is up 24/7 and loads almost instantaneously. I haven't had a single problem with the speed yet. I talked with their support about changing some stuff in my website settings and they worked with me, not super fast, but in a timely manor. I was mostly impressed with their support representatives, but there is room for improvement..

I am writing you to let you know that your team spent a while dealing back and forther with me regarding website issues that I was having, mostly of my own fault, however they continued to assist me the best they could. Costly, but worth the penny!
Having been with option9 for a while as a dedicated server client I am certainly glad I finally joined the team. For quite some time I scanned the bottom of the bargain basement buckets for cheap servers. I now know the true meaning of "You get what you pay for". While costly, the server, network, and support have been the most profeicient, realiable and helpful of all the companies I have been with.
Easy to Use
I am in now way tecnically inclined when it comes to html and website designing so the scripts, templates and tools that come with my package were extremely helpful to me. Even if I couldn't figure out how to work something, the team would either walk me through it or do it for me. I love the ease of use. Thanks Guys!
